SVST Ticketing Policies
If you have any questions about the information listed within this policy, please contact Spokane Valley Summer Theatre. All tickets are subject to the following terms within this policy.

Late Seating:
There is no late seating. Patrons arriving late will be seated at the nearest possible break in the performance by an usher. For the safety of the actors, stage crew, and other audience members, late patrons may not be seated in their assigned seat until intermission. Refunds will not be provided for late patrons.

Refunds:
In the unfortunate event of a canceled performance, tickets will be exchanged without charge for another date or future SVST production. No other refunds for performances will be given. Spokane Valley Summer Theatre will not be liable for travel or other expenses incurred in connection with a canceled or postponed event.

In addition, you agree not to dispute or seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from SVST. Doing so may result in Spokane Valley Summer Theatre refusing to honor any pending or future ticket purchases made.

Media:
Photographing or recording the performance is not permitted.

Exchanges:
Patrons can exchange tickets up to two hours prior to the event.

Conservatory:
For SVST Conservatory camps, a 50% refund will be given if the cancellation is made MORE than one week before camp. Any cancellations made less than one week before camp will not be eligible for a refund.
